Painter is very very tanky with that iron skin anti binding buff + self dispell. It is much better than any shield of spiritmaster or sorcerer and doesn't have high cd.

The most easy way to break a laser is using a pull. Sadly Ferocius Earthquake is disabled. At least an incomplete or defective pull can be better than nothing, so the gladiators can stop lasers' dmg when remove shock and anti binding are together. Gladiators are a good counter in retail because they have wild lance and ferocius earthquake. Give them a chance in notaion in 1v1 vs painter.

Update notes

A small custom nerf has been applied to Painter's petrification skills. The defense stats are now increased by 5000 (up from 3500) for Freedom Strap and Instant Petrification, and by 5000 (up from 2000) for Create Sculpture. No nerfs have been applied to their damage output as I'm afraid there's too few days worth of data to really conclude something (since Paint Bomb was bugged for the first few days meaning the data from those days can't be used).

It is no longer possible to auto attack while petrified (how it should be).

Reflection of Chastisement now reflects all skills and not just 1 for its duration.

Calculation of Dodge/Evasion rate and Magic Resist rate has been fixed. The formulas used previously were mistakenly the ones for Crit Strike/Spell which means that the rates were boosted.

Update notes

Painter's Life Strap no longer heals when used on the Artifact in King of the Hill BG.

Applied custom nerfs to Painter's beam skills (Punishment Strap, Strap of Fury + Daevanion variants, Life Strap). The PvP damage bonus has been reduced from 30 % to 0 % (yes, there is/was a hidden PvP damage bonus on these skills). The PvP damage bonus for Paint Bomb has been reduced from 100 % to 0 %.

EDIT: Woops, forgot to mention that the CD of Paint Tunnel has been increased to 20 seconds, which is the cooldown it gets in 7.2.

Update notes

Transformations now all apply the Kaisinel stats, but keep their looks, so you can use whichever you want.

Fixed Rapid Fire Readiness so it doesn't turn off by itself.

Resurrection skills are no longer affected by cast speed (as it should be).

Update notes

Templar's magic damage skills are no longer affected by Magical Attack.

Skill fixes:
Recovery Magic/Spell is no longer affected by Heal Boost.
Certain debuffs that required multiple pots to dispel can now be dispelled with one pot.
Physical/Magical Attack from the base stats of a fused weapon now correctly apply by 10 % to your stats.
Equipping a stigma stone without a stigma master now only triggers the cooldown of the equipped stigma skill (and vision stigma if one of the 6 main slots are touched).
Magic Implosion now removes powerful buffs.
Target change effects can no longer affect allies/friendly NPC's.
Painter's beam skills now end if line-of-sight of the target is lost.
