Is the launcher safe or no? Virustotal is detecting something.

You can decompile the launcher to see that it is completely safe to use. It gets picked up as a risky program by the worst heuristics-based AV's because it does remote process memory writing (on the Aion client) - that's all.

And if you're talking about the launcher for 5.8, it doesn't even do that. It just still has the functions to do it - but never used.
